As the CMD of Aspire Knowledge and Skills India Pvt. Ltd. accredited partner with various sector skill councils under the aegis of NSDC have 120+ centers in 3 states and signed various MOUs with DGT under MSDE (Ministry of Skills Development & Entrepreneurship), GIDC in Gujarat, MSSDS in Maharashtra for Apprenticeship, Skilling and Entrepreneurship.

Currently also a Director – Skill Education at Vishwakarma University, Director – Sales at Numbaa Virtual Pvt Ltd incubated as a start-up Company at Science and Technology Park, CEO – Jetking J.M.Road Learning Centre, Pune.

Executive Member Of Leaders Excellence Harvard Square, Pune Management Association & Member- The Institution of Engineers, Active Member of steering committee for Board of studies of IT & Computer in Bharti Vidyapeeth

Member of various National & International Workshops such as Creative Training Techniques by Bob Pike in USA, Market Leadership & DISC by CMC [USA], 8th Habit by Stephen Covey and Numerous other programs.

The recipient of ‘Saganak Sarathi’ Award at the hands of Dr. Narendra Jadhav and ‘National Achievement Award for Education Excellence’ at the hands of Smt. (Dr.) Indira Hinduja.

Authored a motivational book in Marathi, titled ‘UTKARSHAGATHA’, which narrates the success stories of academically average students from his institution.

Mrs. Samidha Gandhi

Samidha, has began her journey at very young age after passing engineering with honors in chemical industry. During this time the focus has transformed and discovered her new energy into education and training. She was associated with operations and implementation of business and expansion throughout Maharashtra as Vice President admin and finance for Jetking J M Road centre, that helped her to explore different challenging projects and was acknowledged for critical analyst of finance and creating culture of transparency and trust.

• She is also founder of Skills Age Foundation and Director of Aspire Knowledge & Skills India Pvt Ltd which aims at better livelihood of underprivileged and aspirents youngsters.

• Her primary objective in her life is to add enhancements of skills of young India and do positive contribution to Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
