Once a course or training program is purchased, no refund, transfer, or adjustment request shall be entertained for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change in personal circumstances or availability
• Accidental or duplicate payments (unless verified and approved by our accounts team)
• Partial completion or discontinuation of a course by the learner
• Unsatisfactory learning outcomes or perceived lack of benefit

2. Course Access and Validity

Once payment is confirmed, learners will be granted access to the respective course or program as per the defined schedule and terms. Access to course materials, videos, or sessions is considered as service delivery, and therefore, the transaction becomes non-reversible.

3. Exceptions

A refund may only be considered in exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake (upon verification of transaction records)
• Technical error or payment gateway failure resulting in non-enrollment

• Attend the rescheduled session, or
• Transfer the registration to another available program of equal value

In such cases, no monetary refunds shall be provided unless explicitly stated in writing by the organization.
