   India’s First Vocational Skills University, TeamLease Skills University (TLSU) is co-located within the ITI Tarsali Road campus at Vadodara and in PPP with Department of Labour and Employment, Government of Gujarat. TLSU is clearly focused on Putting India to Work by offering employment oriented programs and creating a career path for non-graduate employees through our unique Programs for working professionals. TLSU has a PPP with the Government of Gujarat and it is working closely with many industries to ensure that not only the curriculum is in line with what the employer requires but also create excellent opportunities for all students to enhance their work career.

   TeamLease Skills University has done many professional Tie-ups with organizations and Academic Institutes to boost employment. Likewise it has professionally tied-up with ASPIRETM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS INDIA (P) LTD., PUNE for the state of Gujarat to promote industry-oriented TLSU Certified Certificate and Diploma Programs especially for any unemployed Graduates. It also applies for the students studying in the final year.

   ASPIRETM shall operate as Project Implementation Agency for the programs through TLSU Accredited Study Centres across the State of Gujarat.

   The certified training programs are based on the activities and disciplines that have been proven to consistently deliver results with requisite mandates from respective industries/sectors. The programs would work with the participants/aspirants to custom-tailor a blueprint that works with their unique personality, style and comfort level that suits the work environment as per the demand raised from its stakeholders, thus ensuring placements to the successful candidates.

   These programs emphasise upon creating an effective synergy between the demand and supply of skilled manpower by complementing academic education with these pre-employment training programs and helping the unemployed and non-employable graduates secure their desired jobs in BFSI and IT Sectors.

   The purpose of imparting the certified skill-development training to the Engineering and Non-Engineering students directly sourced from the respective colleges and institutions would be based on the demand raised by its clients/stakeholders. To evolve value addition of the certified programs, TLSU has entered into a Joint Venture arrangement with ASPIRETM based on the following objectives:

   1. Offer technical short term courses with practical training with instrument and equipment at various authorized training centres of ASPIRETM in the state of Gujarat.
   2. Support and build industry partnership for apprenticeship, training and real-life working exposure in industry.
   3. Identify, build and offer technical courses in various industry segments in consultation with industries.
   4. Build a knowledgeable and skilled body of students who are industry ready by rendering the designated and certified programs.
   5. Develop appropriate skills and competencies on various technologies and instruments, tools used in specific sector and stream.
   6. Assess and based on assessment, provide certification to successful trainees/students.
   7. Facilitate placement to skilled and competent students in industry.
   
   Industries including organizations from BFSI and IT Sectors have extended their support as Knowledge Partners, to TLSU and ASPIRETM who from time-to-time shall extend their expertise in upgrading the course curricula. Also, they agreed to absorb the pass-outs into their organization either as an Apprentice or as a regular employee on-roll.

   The programs will initially commence at TLSU Campus and designated ASPIRETM Campus locations accredited as Authorized Study Centres of TLSU in the state of Gujarat.

   The quality of training imparted to the students is definitely considered more seriously for a role in the organizations. The training pedagogy has widened the reach and penetration into the industries across India, and the regular dealings with the companies from cross vertical domains have helped ASPIRETM establish a wide circle of network to place the successful students post-training and certification.
